WyldLife

WyldLife is the branch of the Young Life organization created just for middle school students. Young Life/WyldLife is a non-profit non-denominational worldwide christian youth organization. Our mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. WyldLife staff and volunteers go to where kids are, build bridges of authentic friendship, and introduce them to Jesus Christ. In the process, we provide fun, adventurous, life-changing experiences! Be a volunteer leader and make a difference in the life of local middle school students! We are looking for committed adults (19 years and older) and high school juniors or seniors in our community to hang out with middle school students and share the love of God with them. We ask that all leaders be actively attending a local church, growing in their relationship with the Lord, and commit to serving for 2 years to build mentor/mentee relationships. Requirements: interview with local Young Life/WyldLife staff, share your written testimony & 2 character references, pass a background check and driver’s questionnaire, agree to Young Life’s mission, values, statement of faith, conduct policies and confidentiality agreement (can be found at younglife.org).
